## Where we ship


We currently ship to mainland UK addresses only.


## Dispatch times


Orders placed before 1pm Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays) are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 1pm or on weekends are dispatched the next working day.


## Delivery times


- Standard tracked delivery: 1–2 working days after dispatch.
- Delivery estimates are guidelines and not guaranteed. Once an order is with the courier, delivery is subject to their schedule.


## Shipping costs


Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination postcode.


## Tracking


You will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking number when your order leaves our warehouse.


## Undelivered or lost parcels


If your parcel has not arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, please email support@craneinks.com with your order number and we will investigate with the courier.
